We made arayes (grilled Lebanese pitas) with our ground beef! We found the recipe in Simply Julia by Julia Turshen. They were fabulous and super easy--you mix garlic and spices with the ground beef and then pack it in the pitas and grill them. The result is beautifully spiced and super flavorful. The ground beef from you guys is out of this world! Highly recommend with some yogurt sauce and a cucumber salad.
