Filet Mignon. What else can I say. These filets are top notch & cook up perfect. I like mine medium rare (see photo). My wife likes her's more medium, but both were super tasty. Just a bit salt and pepper and a hot grill and you are ready to go. A great serving size too. It's like going to steak house....but in your own home. Thanks, Timberfeast...we will buy these again.
