1 PKG Coppa: Coppa is a ham that comes from a round muscle in the shoulder, and you’ll be impressed by the intricate marbling and texture. Every charcuterie board needs some good ham! Classic, thinly shaved ham pairs great with a grainy mustard and cornichon.
1 PKG Braunschweiger: A smoked and spreadable sausage, similar to liverwurst. Chock-full of nutrition and flavor! If you don't think you like the taste of liver, just know that we added 30 pounds of our pasture raised bacon to this recipe to make it smoky and delicious. Even a liver hater will love it.Here’s a recent report from a customer (and I’m not making this up, it’s a direct quote): “Ok, your Braunschweiger is AMAZING. 1 PKG Smoked Kielbasa: Cut this smoked ready-to-eat sausage diagonally into coins and lay across the board.
1 PKG Summer Sausage: This contains 100% grass-fed beef and pork, and is flavored with garlic, then smoked over real hickory wood.
