Made from our pasture-raised, soy-free pork.

Our favorite way to cook it: 

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and line a jellyroll pan with parchment paper. Lay bacon pieces evenly on sheet and season liberally with salt, pepper, and oregano. Bake for 15 minutes and begin checking every 5 minutes or so - every oven is different and everyone's crispiness level is different, but we like it toasty golden brown and crispy!
